CTD CHECKLIST FOR YOUR FIRST YEAR
- [ ] Review Coaching & Talent Development Resources on the Hub
- [ ] Attend 1:1 Discovery Session with a Coach
- [ ] Attend 1:1 End of Year Reflection with a Coach
- [ ] Develop a learning/development plan for the year
- [ ] Attend four core group coaching sessions
- [ ] Attend at least one career management workshop
- [ ] Start a list of potential recommenders - e.g., professors, civic project partners, work study/internship managers
- [ ] Get a recommendation from one contact - e.g., a professor, civic project partner, work study/internship manager
- [ ] Develop first professional resume and have it reviewed by Peer/Coach
